Ousmane is a skilled litigator and member of the Québec Bar with a strong focus on court representations for some of our most important clients.

Maître Jacob L. Green is an associate at Charness Charness & Charness, where he practices primarily in commercial and civil litigation. Since his call to the Barreau du Québec in 2023, Me Green has developed a litigation practice involving a broad range of contentious matters before the Québec courts.

Miranda graduated from McGill University’s B.C.L./J.D. program in Fall 2023 and was subsequently called to the Ontario Bar in December 2025.

Isabel graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Civil Law (LL.L.) in 2023 and completed her Quebec Bar School requirements in March 2025.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Durham University in the United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Science from Queen's University in Ontario.

Jacob holds Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law degrees from McGill University's Faculty of Law. While studying law, he won the Guy Guérin Cup and the national Sopinka Cup trial advocacy competitions.

Leya holds both a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Civil Law and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Common Law from the Université de Montréal, where she was awarded the Prix d’excellence in recognition of her academic achievements. Bridging Canadian and U.S. legal systems, she is now seeking admission to both the Ontario and New York Bars.

Samuel joined the firm as an articling student in 2026 after passing the Québec Bar examinations and completing his practical training at the École du Barreau. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in North American Common Law from the Université de Montréal.
