Maître Jacob L. Green is an associate at Charness Charness & Charness, where he practices primarily in commercial and civil litigation. Since his call to the Barreau du Québec in 2023, Me Green has developed a litigation practice involving a broad range of contentious matters before the Québec courts.

His practice also extends beyond Québec, as he is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. He holds both civil law and common law degrees (LL.B., J.D.) from the Université de Montréal and previously completed a Bachelor of Arts in political science.

Me Green is experienced in all stages of litigation and is known for his pragmatic and analytical approach. Whether negotiating a strategic settlement or pleading before the courts, he represents his clients with rigour and efficiency.

Outside of his practice, Jacob draws on the discipline and competitiveness developed through a lifetime of high-level athletics, particularly hockey, and remains actively involved in Montréal’s hockey community.
