Tracy Gokhool

As an experienced litigator, Maître Gokhool specializes in commercial litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA), recognition of foreign judgments, and a wide range of civil law issues. She has successfully represented clients before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court, and the Court of Appeal.
Maître Gokhool joined the firm in 2016 as a paralegal. She then wrote the Québec bar and completed her stage with the firm. Called to the bar in 2019, Maître Gokhool continued with CC&C as a lawyer, quickly rising to lead the firm’s largest portfolio. Through her dedication and a strong track record in litigation as well as her leadership skills, Maître Gokhool was elevated to Partner in 2025.
Maître Gokhool takes pride in representing our clients with a pragmatic, results-driven approach. Leveraging strong negotiation skills, she tailors’ strategies to each client’s unique needs, ensuring practical and effective solutions.
Beyond litigation, Maître Gokhool is passionate about legal education and has delivered several presentations on legal topics, including webinars and acting as an expert panelist at national and international conferences.
